Guideline for Effectively Marketing Real Estate Websites
I recently ran across an excellent online real estate marketing guide, written by the folks at MortgageCalculator.org.
Topics covered include:
Domain Names
Keyword Research
Pay Per Click Search Engine Marketing
Web Analytics
On Page Optimization
Link Building
Content Syndication
Blogging
The guide is well written, in easy to understand non-geek speak. Deeply linked, it offers something for everyone from the new-to-online marketing to the seasoned veteran.
Highly recommended reading.
Mortgage Calculator.org also offer a nifty array of mortgage calculators, including one of the better free mortgage calculators I’ve seen that you can embed on your website (scroll to the bottom and you’ll even find a WordPress widget plugin).
I’d love to see embeddable versions of all the different flavors of mortgage calculators…

Posted at 17:25h, 15 JuneI will be publishing my own guide soon. Topics covered:
-Write whatever thought happens to be resident in your brain at this moment.
-Rub Buddha’s belly, think happy thoughts, and pray that “the,” “and,” and “stupid Golden Retriever” are really popular search words/terms this week.
-Consider moving to Phoenix where the days apparently involve many more than my 24 hours as evidenced by Jay’s ability to write eloquently for 154 blogs, run a lucrative real estate business, and (presumably) sleep on occasion while remaining on the cutting edge and sane.
When I finally seek my much needed therapy, Jay, I’m sending you the bill!

The website http://www.Probate-Marketing.com is a consulting firm in this niche industry. It may be advisable to have them “coach” and advise you through the initial implementation of your local probate marketing plan.
The Pay Off – Breaking away from the pack
The pay off of success in the Realtor probate industry is huge. The market value of probate real estate hitting the market each day is staggering. Armed with your new found knowledge of the probate process and a well structured marketing plan you will face little to no competition.
There is no greater target market that offers such precise timing to help attorneys, individuals and executors sell real estate. In addition, the motivated nature of executors to quickly sell real estate provides more sale success in a shorter period of time. The shorter time period in the selling process also provides higher profit margin revenues for agent and the Realtor firm.
