Marketing Your Property Using Mobile Technology
There was an interesting discussion on Zillow forum on whether it makes sense for real estate agents to create a web site for every property. Needless to say, there are pros and cons to this idea. SMS mobile marketing can be another Realtor tool to find qualified leads, and converting those leads to buyers. CellAHouse, house4cell and cellsigns are few examples of technology providers that specialize in that technology.
Here are some key features they offer.
- Easy setup – Add a property in minutes using their web site.
- Provide buyers with instant property information.
- Real estate agents can receive buyer’s mobile phone # via email, text message etc.
- Photos & details are viewed directly on buyer’s phone.
- Gain a competitive advantage over other home sellers in your area.
- Fixed Monthly Price! No per message or lead charges!
- Some provide online reports of properties and leads.
I think this is relatively cheaper (in term of cost and time spent) compared to video, social media or email marketing. What is your experience?
