Another Entrant to “Smart Cities” = Bill Gates

  Toronto was put on the “smart city” map by Google. Now, Bill Gates’ investment firm (Belmont Partners) is putting “Belmont Arizona” on the map with $80 million to purchase 25,000 acres.
