I agree with Brian — Pacific Union’s Market Pulse video is a smart approach to delivering local real estate market conditions. Here’s an example: Is your brokerage investing in video in 2015? If not, I advise you strongly consider it.

I just watched a TED talk with Theaster Gates about reviving neglected neighborhoods through art. It’s worth watching: I wrote about the concept of a startup house this weekend. The motivator for building either an art hub or a startup house is the exact same: building local community. Of course, community is the long game, which is why so few people invest in it.
