I think it’s safe to say every great real estate agent or broker website needs to have compelling community pages for each community in their entire geographic coverage area.

If you don’t have your own videos, or are in the process of working on them, embedding another video onto your page is certainly an option. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of videos of communities uploaded to YouTube — and most of them are not produced by competitors, but instead by tourist establishments.
