In our latest real estate tech entrepreneur interview, we’re speaking with the founder of Infabode, Matt Partridge.
Matt was yet another founder I met in New York while attending the mipim summit.

What do you do?
I’m the founder and CEO of a company called Infabode – The Home of Real Estate Information: www.infabode.com
Infabode is a free online real estate platform that connects its community of members with industry information on one customisable platform. Our vision is to become the ‘go to’ place for global industry research and information, enabling users to customise and access this data with ease.
We work with businesses to include their research, insights, blogs, news and market analysis on one platform. To date, there are over 400 companies from across the globe contributing content.

What problem does your product/service solve?
We believe Infabode is a solution to a modern problem. The web has become overloaded with information and it’s made accessing information on a particular market frustrating and sometimes expensive.
Infabode is solving the problem of this quality information being spread across the web and the time constraints in accessing it.
As an example of this problem, if you wanted to know about investment into the New York Office Market then you might go to Google and search a specific term. This can become time consuming and relies on you clicking into a number of company websites, with a large about of information and data potentially being missed.
With Infabode, we created a free secure platform, which allows this important disparate information on the Real Estate market to be held in one place.
We break the global real estate industry down into hundreds of different sectors, everything from offices and hotels to sustainability and debt. Because of this hub structure, Infabode provides members with the latest industry information from within the areas they’re interested in, therefore cutting through the noise.
What are you most excited about right now?
We’re very excited by the property technology space in general. We’re expecting to see continued growth in the sector and an increasing number of integrations.
What’s next for you?
We’re continuing to grow both the amount of content on Infabode and our global community- while looking to launch some paid products to our partners and members. Our focus is on global expansion, with the US being one of our fastest growing markets, we’ll also look to focus more on Asia.
What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?
We work in the middle of London, one of the riches cities in the world- yet on our way in every morning we all go past countless homeless people, begging for money to be able to afford food and water that we all take for granted. Infabode is looking to work closely with organisations such as Land Aid to play our small part in this international issue.
