In our latest Meet the Real Estate Tech Entrepreneur interview, we’re speaking with Aaron Sperling of vFlyer.
Here’s a bit more about him, from his own mouth…
What do you do?
I talk to customers and prospect of vFlyer about their real estate marketing challenges. I then work to address those services. So, most of my time is spent on product management at vFlyer.
Why do you do what you do?
I love creating products and services that people find valuable and easy to use.
What are you most excited about right now?
Data analytics and Predictive Analysis. We have spent considerable time this Spring and Summer of analyzing our user data with new big data oriented tools like Hadoop and R. We recently launched a Conversion Dashboard for our website clients that integrates with Google Analytics and summarizes the data in interesting ways. As we learn more about this, we expect to develop tools for our users to test and improve their conversion rates.
What’s next for you?
We spend a lot of time thinking about the inefficiencies in the process of buying and renting homes. We are looking for disruptive ideas and believe that we will find some soon.
What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?
I am a big fan and supporter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. It is so important for kids to have good role models.
