I met with one of the founders of FlyHomes, Stephen Lane, a month or so ago at Impact Hub. On the surface, FlyHomes is a real estate brokerage for millennial travelers. In the background, it’s a discount model — but instead of giving the consumer cash back, the money is spent on rewards (Alaska miles, Lyft rides, etc). Watch this video… Yes, it’s about the building and the units within it. But it’s actually peeling back the curtain to the lifestyle that goes with living in the Fuente Laureles Penthouse. I’m going to Medellin, Colombia for a month, departing a week from today. The video above was a big part of that decision. Why are more not taking advantage of the power of video to sell lifestyles?
