An Outline for a Sharing Economy Brokerage

In general, I’m a huge advocate for the sharing economy (prior post is located here). I use AirBnB when I travel. I use Lyft when I need a ride. I would love nothing more than to use a sharing economy brokerage (& agent) whenever I choose to buy a house (note: likely not soon). What does “sharing economy brokerage” mean, exactly? There is a new initiative related to the “sharing economy” that launched today. Peers.org. Some of you may have seen it. PEERS is a grassroots organization that supports the sharing economy movement. We believe that by sharing what we already have — like cars, homes, skills and time — everyone benefits in the process.
