I just got back to Seattle for Thanksgiving, Startup Weekend (at Zillow HQ), and to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Thursday at Key Arena. I’ve been heads down on Oh Hey World lately (if you want super early access to the beta, shoot me an email), but there are a couple developments I wanted to highlight quickly:

• Lovely released a slick new iPhone app (seen to right) – They have some stiff competition in the rentals arena, but their laser focus on search sets them apart a bit.
• AirBnB launched neighborhoods – AirBnB is my favorite web company out there right now, and they keep pushing the envelop.
