Agent Invitation – Another Agent Portal Attempt
Sounds like another agent/broker portal is in the works: Agent Invitation.
I hope they study other attempts at agent portals, and have a clear strategy.
On their blog, I see the following numerous times:
We’re for Brokers, Agents and Consumers.
I’ve read a few of their blog posts, and still don’t understand how they plan to succeed (or what success is to them) other than they will provide “helpful information” to consumers. I’m sorry, I just don’t buy it.
What’s the core consumer win buyers and sellers will enjoy by using Agent Invitation instead of Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com? Without one, this doesn’t stand a chance.

Posted at 10:06h, 09 NovemberYes, it is hard to understand exactly what they are offering. However, one comment in their blog posts is true, at least in my opinion….”They will own the consumer audience (ZTR) and the tools you need to do your job. Agents will pay them whatever they ask, forever.” Any agent who really believes that ZTR is concerned about the best interests of agents and brokerages is sadly mistaken.
