Are You a Google Apps User and Can't Get Google+?
I got a question from Lori Bee (a client of ours) this morning asking if I had any insight as to why she couldn’t get Google+ with her @loribee.com email address (which uses Google Apps). It was my first realization that Google+ wasn’t supported for Google Apps users, and I just emailed her back that she’s out of luck now and to use her gmail address instead.
I didn’t think much of it, but then I saw the news on Techmeme a little while later that Google confirmed that Google Apps users will gain access to Google+ soon.
Lori, and the millions of other Google Apps users, can breathe easy now.
What do I think of Google+? Well, I do have a thought or two — and will put them into a post soon.

Posted at 21:08h, 08 JulyYea it is annoying… We become app users and become like second class citizens to Google. We get everything after gmail accounts. It gets old. They say it will be in the next few months, but they said that about buzz too and apps still does not have buzz (not that it is a loss)

Posted at 13:47h, 10 JulyI’m so incredibly frustrated that apps access isn’t offered. I’ve invested an awful lot transitioning from my personal gmail to apps over the past two or three years only to have to revisit my personal address to get started with G+.
Not to mention that all of my videos are on my personal account and I can’t merge the two.
Darn Google.
