Do You Have a Pinterest Strategy?

I’ll be 100% honest — I’m sick of hearing about Pinterest. The site has been around over two years, but all of a sudden, everyone and their mother is writing about them.
That said, I don’t want to discount the platform is an irrelevant platform for real estate agents — it’s (likely) not.
Here’s what I’d love from a Pinterest fan/advocate in the Geek Estate community:
Write a guest post detailing your STRATEGY for engaging on Pinterest and what your goals are over the next year. I don’t care if you’ve gotten zero clients from it yet or not. I just want to know that you have a real strategy behind the time you are putting into “pinning” — and then you can report back in 6 or 12 months with your results.
Sound good? Interested? Shoot me an email at drew at esmexecdesigns dot com.

Posted at 10:10h, 27 FebruaryGreat Challenge Drew! I listened in to Chris Smith and Katie Lance webinar last week and had many aha moments — the gauntlet to turn that into a strategy is a good on! Perfect for this sunny day! I will update you later!

Posted at 00:57h, 01 MarchDo you think that enough people are into Pinterest that it will blow Facebook out of the water as far as real estate is concerned? As you said, Pinterest has been here for over two years, and is only gaining momentum now. Facebook just reached its 8th year and its popularity shows no sign of tapering.

Posted at 01:09h, 01 MarchGood point. This Pinterest thing did pique my interest, though I think that you really need a damn good strategy to make it work for RE.
I love the blog, by the way, very good articles. I’ll be following your posts!
