Give Back Homes
I just became aware of Give Back Homes via a post in a private FB group I’m a member of. It linked to “Can Social Entrepreneurship Transform House Sales?”
Giveback Homes is dedicated to creating effective relationships between families in need of a home and a network of business professionals who want to help.
In short, I love it.
If you read this blog regularly, you already know I’m a huge fan of using real estate to do good. I’ve written about the concept of a “socially conscious agent/broker” several times, I would love that type of agent and broker to be more common in the industry.
It seems Give Back Homes can help push us toward that goal.

Posted at 08:05h, 12 MaySeems like a nice idea. Maybe it has a dedicated, socially-conscious consumer base that it reaches. My pragmatic side says there’s not a strong enough connection in that message to the average home seller who just wants a great agent to get the job done.
