How to Tell a Compelling, Unique Story of a Real Estate Listing?
When you think of “unique and amazing stories used to promote and sell a real estate listing”, what examples do you think of? How do you tell the story in a way that makes a listing stand out from the crowd?

Posted at 12:12h, 30 MarchWe have what we call Seller’s Highlights, which are a series of questions the seller answers about their listing which highlight why a buyer would want to buy it. There answers are put on the dedicated website. So essentially, we allow the seller to tell the story of their listing.
I can’t think of one that jumps out, but the nicer the listing, the more highlights they have.

Posted at 07:51h, 31 MarchStatistically, the listing description and other text only captures about 40% of a buyer’s time looking at a listing, and that’s only after they’ve made a decision in the first 20 seconds looking at listing photos to continue looking at the listing. In other words, the description really doesn’t matter much, and it’s all about the photos. http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424127887324077704578360750949646798

Posted at 19:59h, 31 MarchGreat point Ben. Our number 1 focus is on huge high resolution photos, and the additional description is just the icing on the cake.
All sellers have the huge photos, some decide to add an additional listing description too, but some do not.
