In our latest real estate tech interview, I’m talking to Imraan Ali, co-founder of NuOffer. Without further ado, here’s a bit more from his own mouth…

What do you do?

Imraan AliI’ve been a practicing Realtor in Los Angeles for 10 years and am a co-founder and the CEO of NuOffer: a mobile offer writing application.

Why do You Do What you Do?

I receive great satisfaction from serving others. In the role of Realtors our team helps buyers and sellers. As a real estate software maker our team gets to help people on a larger scale.

What are you most excited about right now?

Three things:

  1. When Agents share stories of how NuOffer improved theirs and their clients’ experience and made getting a deal done easier/possible.
  2. Competition in the real estate software space.
  3. NuOffer becoming available to Realtors in California, including myself.

What’s next for you?

A unique integration with the largest forms software provider in the U.S. (zipLogix) which will allow California Realtors like myself maximize the value of both products.

What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?

Littering.

I have a hard time with litterers.

It’s one of the reasons I can’t live in India.
