The recent changes to MLS policy by the National Association of REALORS® (NAR) means that association-owned MLSs must offer subscribers who meet defined criteria the option to choose MLS coverage by July 1. MLSs are already taking action to provide better customer service, more subscriber communication, and clear waiver options that will meet the new standards.
