Non Profit Highlight: Mothers Fighting for Others

Being in the real estate industry, I think you’ll agree — it’s very hard to think of of non profits without thinking of Mothers Fighting for Others — and, of course, it’s impossible to do a series on highlighting non profits without including MFFO.

As many of you know, I had the pleasure of spending a week at the orphanage a couple years ago on my trip to Kenya, and every time Rocky takes a trip to Nairobi (which is roughly 2-3 times per year), it makes me reminisce about my amazing time there. Mothers Fighting for Others does all the fundraising (overhead is roughly $7,000 per month) for Saint Monica’s Children’s Home, which is home to 34 wonderful girls. Rocky and her organization are truly doing amazing work providing a support system for those girls.
