In June of 2020, they closed on a $62.5 million funding round led by Wafra. Part of that capital went towards the acquisition of Motovo, a top 5 residential real estate search site in the United States with nearly 24 million monthly visits. They also acquired RealSavvy, a real estate software platform that combines its collaborative IDX with customizable websites, branded mobile apps, and a predictive CRM. And, just today, the acquisition of the personal-finance platform Digs was announced.

What we like: They have distribution power with partnerships with Realogy, an acquisition of Movoto, and RealSavvy’s client base. They also partnered with Royal Bank of Canada’s venture division and Royal LePage, expanding internationally to Toronto, Canada.
