Posted at 07:35h, 06 JulyFor us, filling out the offer forms is already a pretty simple process. The MLS-provided software already pulls in the info from the MLS and makes sure you don’t miss any fields. Looking up the legal description however, which is required in our area, is more time consuming because you have to check the Clerk of Court records which doesn’t allow you to search by address. Something that simplified that would be awesome. Another time consuming part is determining what to offer, i.e, doing the CMA.
Also, all of these apps that allow you to sign on the tablet are neat, but in our experience, almost never used. Usually the agent and buyers are in different locations by the time the buyers decide to make an offer, so electronic signatures via email are more valuable for us.
