There likely hasn’t been a real estate startup with this type of hype and backing since Zillow was founded in 2005. And, like Zillow (I took a job there without even knowing what the product was), they are very vague on exactly how their service will work.
I’ve got an idea on how I think they are going to approach solving their value prop of “The easiest way to sell your home. Receive an instant offer online and close in 3 days.” But that is another blog post…coming soon.
