Role Description
As Local Logic’s Manager Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for and integral to the growth and advancement of Local Logic as a Global leader in providing real estate data and analytics to the world. In this position, you will be part of the revenue-driving Sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales within the Growth org. You will be responsible for bringing in new data partnerships/accounts across the US with specific revenue goals. You will also contribute cross-functionally within the Growth Org (Sales, Marketing, BusDev, Customer Success), Product and Executive Leadership.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years in Business Development or B2B Sales with proven track record
- Energetic and ambitious, with a go-getter attitude
- Loves a challenge and is willing to move mountains to succeed.
- Preferred location is Montreal, Canada
- Significant experience and knowledge of the Canadian or US residential real estate industry is preferred
- Excellent French & English written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to shifting priorities (agile mindset)
- Practical understanding of the role data plays in the decision process
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Comfortable with Google Drive, Google for Work, and cloud-based technology such as Slack
