REACH operates a variety of accelerator programs around the globe, created and operated by Second Century Ventures and backed by NAR. The program offers education, mentorship and exposure for technology companies working to scale their businesses across the UK and European markets and expand into adjacent markets, including insurance, mortgage, and financial services. The REACH UK scale-up program was started in 2020 and this year it will also be backed by two of the UK’s largest industry organizations, Propertymark and TDS Group, for the first time. The following startups selected for this years cohort were done so with significant input from Propertymark and TDS Group to align with the strategic goals of driving innovation and modernization within the property industry. Collectively, these companies have raised over $12.5m in capital, with a combined valuation just north of $100 million.

The selected startups for the REACH UK 2024 Cohort are…

• Just Move In: A platform helping property professionals provide a streamlines moving experience for home movers by automating home services like utilities and insurance.
• HIPLA: Digital legal pack helping property professionals reduce transaction times and simplify sales with a suite of products including ID/AML, Material Information, Document Signing and Quote Referral.
• Building Passport: A SaaS solution for building owners and professionals, offering a permanent common data environment on a building-by-building basis to ensure compliance, improve governance, and reduce costs in property management.
• Infersens: A water sensor technology for property managers and owners that enhances water safety, reduces waste, and supports sustainability in the built environment.
• Propalt: A property data platform for agents, landlords, property owners, and financial services that presents a single data view automating lead generation.
• SuSy: Software that streamlines domestic retrofit for estate agents, landlords, local authorities and property professionals.
• BuiltAPI: A low-code data integration platform providing cost-effective data exchange and data governance for real estate investors and managers.
• Zonifero: An integrated platform for businesses to optimize building and workplace efficiency, improving security, and employee satisfaction for the age of hybrid work and ESG goals.
