Posted at 12:21h, 08 FebruaryFor me the issue would be what happens if the value report is wrong? I assume it is computer generated like the Zestimate.
If it comes in higher your client might feel good about it so that is OK, but if/when it comes in lower it would be stressful for our clients.
Then you could end up saying to the client you lost this much in equity while spending this much for interest. Not exactly the friendly message you want to deliver to your past clients.
Also, do clients really want to be reminded of how much interest they are paying on their loan and how little it is reducing their balance, especially in the first few years.
I love the idea of easy and automatic follow-up with something of value to all previous clients for a low flat fee per client, I am just not sure this is the best information to send.
