Urban Compass Now Has Deep Pockets
Did anyone notice Urban Compass‘ recent $20M fundraising round ($25M after additional interest)?
It seems Urban Compass is the next consumer tech competitor with deep pockets in the real estate industry. When I look at Urban Compass, I see a lot of AirBnB, mixed with a dose of Redfin.
For the brokers and agents reading, you should really, really spend some time looking at the Urban Compass neighborhood pages. For instance, here’s their East Village guide.
