We don’t often cover international real estate startups – but there are a fair number of readers from abroad, so we probably should to a bit more of it.

VivaReal recently raised a big round – a $41.7 Million series C round, led by Spark Capital. With over $170 million in total funding, they are clearly a force to be reckoned with in South America. While I’m currently in Santiago, Chile and have made few observations here – I know nothing about the Brazil real estate market…so I won’t dive into a topic I’m totally unfamiliar with.
