As with any change with Google, there is a wealth of speculation. Speculation as to what Instant means to SEO and to to the “homepage”. Speculation as to how Yahoo! could have won search.

Forget the Yahoo speculation, since that’s not really relevant to the real estate industry. But the SEO angle is interesting. What do you think it means for real estate agents and brokers?
