Free Advice, and Happy Holidays

clarityfm

I’m going to give the first 4 people who schedule a call using the following link from Clarity.fm, 30 minutes of my time for free: https://clarity.fm/drewmeyers/geekestate

I offered a similar deal a few years ago ($5 instead of zero), as part of Startup Weekend Amsterdam — and it resulted in several interesting calls with agents/brokers.

Whether it be my absurd ideas, travel, thinking through your digital strategy, outlining what it will take technically to build your real estate startup idea, or which website vendors you should be looking at – you can ask me about anything you want.

Remember, only the first 4 people. After that, you’ll need to pay my regular rate of $2.50 per minute. Book a call for free here.

Happy holidays!

[Update: I’ve scheduled 6 calls, but will approve more requests if you make a compelling pitch with your call request]

Drew, Thank You! For all the info on this site. I’ve been following for about 6 months. Just passed my R.E. Exam! Yay! My question is there anywhere that gives a new agent a step by step of what to do next? I’m finding it a bit frustrating and sooo now on my iPad I’m keeping track of my steps. I’ve interviewed with 1 broker so far, and have 2 more lined up. One is with a small broker & the other is a BIG box brokerage 🙂 new agents should be given some type of list, letting them know which organizations they need to to join etc. I’m going on a caravan next week. I’m SUPER EXCITED! Any suggestions will help!!!! Thank you soooooo much.

    • Your scenario requires local agent/broker knowledge. There isn’t a blanket answer unfortunately. There is likely a blanket answer on a market by market basis, but I don’t have 1st hand knowledge to share in every local market.
