HomeCanvasr recently relaunched with a focus of enabling buyers in New Jersey to find pocket (& coming soon) listings.

Smart to go after one small geographic area, in a quest to build marketplace liquidity.

This startup spotlight video is a little dated (late last year), but it details a bit more about what they are aiming to accomplish:

PS: Maybe it’s just me, but I think HomeCanvasr should consider a re-brand. I have never once been able to spell the name correctly the first time, and guessing consumers will have an equally hard time trying to find it if they hear the name mentioned by the media or a friend.
