Another non real estate tech post, but the possibility of inhabiting Mars is worth the interruption (IMHO).

In the beginning of the hour long video below (which I watched last night), Elon Musk says the goal of the speech/presentation is to make becoming a multiplanetary species (on Mars) seem possible.

I don’t know about you, but I think he made a convincing argument it’s going to happen.
