Cloud Attract for Those you Want to Generate Your Own Leads
Some of you may have heard that the W&R Studios team put out another product at Inman.
Attract buyers and sellers with beautiful landing pages that automatically respond with a home valuation, CMA, or listing alerts.
Love the simplicity of what I see. I view it as an extremely smart product investment as a complimentary offering to their existing suite of products.
The next step — Pay per Click on top of these landing pages. Are there any individual freelancers reading who specialize in that? I’d be curious to speak with a few.

Posted at 12:28h, 01 FebruaryI spend $2,500 per month on PPC with Google and $1,000 with Facebook PPC but I do not use a landing page so I am not sure if I can answer your questions.
Instead of a landing page, we let them use our website, and if they get hooked they will sign up to see all listings.
In our small market we get about 90 new leads signing up per week using this method.

Posted at 15:05h, 01 FebruaryThanks for the plug Drew! Like all our products Cloud Attract is super focused. We plan on integrating with existing CRMs and work vendors who provide services to help drive traffic to our landing pages if agents so wish. Those are businesses we don’t want to be in.

Posted at 09:34h, 02 FebruaryMuch like the “What’s my home worth?” tool, this is an easy in-sphere lead gen tool for agents who don’t want to go deep on web development. Just drop it in your email signature.
The price point for those who want to use it w/ SEM/PPC will be interesting, compared to current home value lead gen services. Integration with CRMs is huge, and W+R obviously knows that game. Oh, and Greg called it “hotness”. 😉
