Proptech Job Opportunity: Client Growth & Adoption Director — Housing, Real Estate & Mortgage at Evocalize
We have a job opportunity to share from a GEM Diamond member, Evocalize….
Evocalize powers performance marketing for leading real estate and mortgage brands. Their Collaborative Marketing Platform enables AI-driven, multi-channel local campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—no expertise required.
Why this role exists
They have large installed bases at enterprise brokerages and lenders. The unlock is converting more agents and loan officers from “enabled” to active purchasers, then increasing repeat usage and premium add-on attach rates. You own activation and usage outcomes for your client portfolio and partner with our Product/Engineering team to reduce friction and improve the journey across all accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and run an adoption engine for brokerages and lenders: recurring webinars, office hours, roadshows, and conference sessions (e.g., Inman, HousingWire, MBA, NAR) that convert to first campaign and repeat usage.
- Own lifecycle touchpoints for agents/Loan Officers (LOs) (email + in-app nudges, onboarding checklists, promo codes, “first-campaign” playbooks) and A/B test to lift eligible → login → first purchase → repeat → add-on for your book of business.
- Use ad platforms for testing and validation: operate Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to prototype, troubleshoot, and measure. Core media execution runs through Evocalize’s technology; your platform fluency exists to verify behavior, diagnose issues, and inform experiments, not to trade media day-to-day.
- Publish weekly partner dashboards (eligible base, MAU, login→purchase activation, co-marketing invite→campaign conversion, add-on attach, repeat rate). Help partners understand their business and the opportunity in front of them.
- Run a weekly growth sync with Product/Engineering to surface friction, prioritize fixes, and shape experiments that improve the journey beyond your accounts.
What success looks like
- Activation: Sustained lift in user login→first purchase rate among targeted partner cohorts; higher % launching a first campaign within 7 days of onboarding.
- Repeat & attach: Gains in 30/60/90-day repeat and attach rates for premium add-ons.
- Co-marketing growth: More hosts sending invites, higher invite→first co-campaign conversion, and greater % launched with compliant budget splits + disclosures.
- Media efficiency: More accounts running standardized PMax/Meta playbooks with CAPI/GA4 conversions wired and validated end-to-end; lower median CPL and higher qualified-lead rates.
- Scale motions: Partner playbooks (decks, scripts, office-hours kits) adopted by internal teams and partner champions.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in Growth CSM / Lifecycle Marketing / PMM at B2B2C SaaS or adtech; direct Real Estate and/or Mortgage enablement of agents/LOs strongly preferred.
- Platform fluency for experimentation: you can spin up lightweight tests in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (incl. PMax) to validate hypotheses, confirm tracking, and reproduce edge cases—then translate findings into Evocalize workflows. Strong GA4 and UTM hygiene; working familiarity with industry CRM’s. Light SQL or advanced spreadsheets for cohorting is a plus.
- Proven stage & camera presence: you’ve hosted webinars and presented at industry events; you turn media education into conversion.
- Data chops: define KPIs, design experiments, analyze cohorts, and ship weekly learnings; bias to activation and attach over generic “engagement.
- Compliance awareness in Housing (platform policies, Fair Housing constraints, lender/MLS disclosures; RESPA/TILA awareness).
- Strong collaboration with Product/Engineering/PMM; crisp writing; organized, self-directed, and resourceful.
Nice to have
- Experience with listing feeds, dynamic creative, and property-level landing pages.
- Background in lead-quality instrumentation (scoring, dispositions, appointment-set).
- Prior success launching co-marketing motions between agents and LOs.
