Real Estate CRM Survey Statistics
As promised, I am sharing the results from the survey regarding usage of real estate CRM’s that ran a few weeks ago. There were 60 total responses, 44 of which came from agents.
The fact that 50% of people fell inside the “Other” bucket proves the fragmented nature of the real estate CRM market. Other companies that got a mention: Act!, Base CRM, Boomtown, Capsule, ConXt, Daylite, Evernote+Gmail, Fastrak CRM, Follow Up Boss, Brokerant.com, InfusionSoft, Insight.ly, iXact, Nimble, Prodigy Juggler, Salesforce, Realty Juggler, REDS, and Top Producer and REW’s Backend.
Surprised by the results? Is someone going to break away from the pack in 2013?

Posted at 19:08h, 09 JanuaryI used ACT! for a long time, then decided I wanted to move into the cloud so I could be hardware neutral, location neutral and less worried about backing up data.
So a couple of years ago I moved to Zoho of all things. $12/mo. Good enough basic functionality for Real Estate.
Works fine.

Posted at 08:57h, 29 JanuaryIt’s amazing that nobody has really “cracked the code” of CRM. I’ve tried numerous platforms and none have done the job. All seem to offer too much or too little, none just right.

Posted at 11:23h, 11 JulyI didn’t see the name of the CRM mentioned in your comment that was built on the Salesforece.com. Can you provide it? I’m only aware of Property Base and REthink.
