Posted at 16:32h, 14 JulyIt always bothered me that the sellers are not home when the buyers walk through, as the sellers know more about the home and the neighborhood then the agents.
We tackled this problem by offering Seller Highlights, which is basically a series of questions we ask the seller to answer about their home and their neighborhood.
The questions are designed to bring out the best features of the home and neighborhood, basically what the seller would say if they were at the showing trying to sell the best points of the home. This is then published on their homes website and we put a link to it in the MLS.
Myreeltour takes it one step further with actual room-by-room video. I think it is more exiting than what we offer now.
