Developed at Harvard Innovation Labs, Virtual Staging AI is a virtual staging algorithm powered by artificial intelligence. Users can upload images depicting living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, home offices, and bathrooms. After choosing between removing all of them or just selecting items, choosing the room type and furniture style, artificial intelligence is used to add realistic-looking furniture within 10 seconds. Users can get more designs with unlimited revisions and will get the image of the empty room as well as the staged room. Offering eight different furniture styles to choose from, their AI virtual staging doesn’t work with a predefined furniture library so no two rooms will ever receive the same furniture. Plans start at $12/month for six virtually staged images and Enterprise plans start at $0.25/staged picture.
What we like: Though virtual staging is a competitive and mature product category, the team bootstrapped to over $1 million in ARR in the past year…that’s no small feat.
