I've had success monetizing my web presence, and let my old (effective) lead generation techniques fall by the wayside, because the ROI wasn't quite as strong – basically, I quite mailing & contacting my referral database about 1.5 years ago. It's stupid b/c it's money that I'm leaving on the table.

and to this day, I still subscribe to this theory, that we are in a changing business, and those Realtors best equipt to handle it, are “Teams”. two or more professionals, working together to maximize their potential.

Os criadores do aplicativo ainda não se pronunciaram sobre o fato, mas a idéia é realmente suportavel. Quem sabe eles não fazem uma versão mais básica para estes tipos de gadgets, incentivando as pessoas a identificarem um aplicativo e aproveitar a versão mais desenvolvida do software.
