Torontorentals has added 3d virtual tours to their website. I certainly do think searching rentals are a better initial use for VR than buying a home. Another plus to that use case is consumers are younger — meaning, less likely to be weirded out by VR headsets.

 

Some marketing advice: I wouldn’t focus the ad on a visual of a person sitting on the floor feeling invisible walls, counters, and windows. The cool part, is the 3d imagery you can experience. Focus the ad on what people can DO with the weird piece of hardware/glasses on your face.
