Votes from the Community for the Best IDX Provider
Since the majority of conversions on real estate agent and broker websites occur by funneling buyers into a compelling search experience, choosing an IDX provider is the most important decision to be made during Geek Build 2012. After a great deal of discussion, we’re almost to the end of the evaluation process.
Below is the voting breakdown for the 5 IDX providers (Diverse Solutions, Real Geeks, Displet, IDX Broker, iHomeFinder) that were put on the table about 2 weeks ago as possible solutions for Geek Build 2012.
Garnering 18 of the 32 votes, Diverse Solutions is the clear favorite among the Geek Estate community. This number is not too surprising as Diverse Solutions has a significant user base and is a very popular choice for many real estate professionals. Real Geeks (which is my personal favorite) came in 2nd followed closely behind by IDX Broker.
The steering committee is close to a final IDX recommendation…stay tuned.

Posted at 20:42h, 25 MarchBen I use 1ParkPlace (have for years) and I love it. I tried Diverse Solutions and while I loved the front end I hate hate hated the admin area. Park Place has a wonderful CMS.
It has served me well over the years.

Posted at 13:39h, 27 MarchI’ve had unbiased experiences trying and comparing them all over the course of many years, and I truly believe that when it comes to all around value for the money, combined with customer service, nothing even compares to IDX Broker.
I’d also like to add that it’s not surprising to see Diverse Solutions at the top of this list as this is a Zillow funded site and they are owned by Zillow as well.
