Want a Link from an Official Google Blog?

I do too!! Unfortunately I can’t participate in the little promotion Zoltan at RealBird has put together, so I thought I’d share it with all of you.

The prerequisites are:

Be a real estate agent/broker – residential or commercial
Be the listing agent/broker of the property advertised
Street View coverage must be available for your property address

Bobbie – Most importantly, the one who will be linked can win a listing interview or two with this, I hope. I am not sure about the actual SEO and direct traffic benefits, but just to be able to show to a new seller that he or she is linked from Google’s blog can be very powerful. I am not suggesting deception: Google featured the technology, not the particular agent and it is not a substitute of RE skills and professionalism of course, but it is definitely a plus to be able to show something unique like this.
