There are a ton of CRM’s out there — Top Producer, Wise Agent, HighRise, PropertyBase, and about 50 others — and software vendors in the industry have to pick and choose which ones to integrate with.

Posted at 11:13h, 19 DecemberI use Top Producer for our clients, calander, mailings, etc., combined with REW’s backend for lead incubation and development. I’ve been think about finding a replacement for TP for awhile. For what I use it for, there are probably cheaper options.

Posted at 20:26h, 27 DecemberA better question is what CRM has someone actually stuck with for more than a year, and that actually adds value? I’ve used a bunch, never stuck with any of them. They’re all either too flimsy or too complex. Plus I’d rather own my database than pay monthly and rely on a service — I’d pay a LOT for the right solution. The wrong solution is worth zilch.
