For property management, Roofstock connects real estate investors with preferred property managers or their tech-enabled property manager, Great Jones (2021 acquisition).
What we like: Founded in 2015, the company has a big head start in a fractional investment sector that is growing increasingly crowded, strong founder pedigree and real estate background, and is well-positioned for a robo-advisor future.
