An online Australian real estate marketplace with hundreds of thousands of active listings, Homely is used by more than 60,000 agents and property managers. The company maintains partnerships with 400+ real estate groups.
Founders James and Adam Spencer founded Homely in 2014 off the success of StreetAdvisor, a street and neighborhood reviews platform they co-founded in 2007.
What we like: Understanding and delivering unique “local” information is talked about by many, but done by very few. The portal’s noteworthy collection of street, suburb, and neighborhood reviews from all over the country stems from its origins as Streetadvisor.com.au.
