ListingDoor – Another Shot at Getting Rid of Agents
And…..another entrant is trying to get rid of agents.
Their model is essentially a fancier, well designed FSBO offering. Sellers pay a one time marketing fee (pricing can be found here).
I’m curious how this one plays out.

Posted at 16:56h, 02 JulyLOL, this is not the Uber of Real Estate as Forbes claims. This is actually not new at all. The FSBO option has been marketed by various companies since I became a Realtor.
I can tell you how this will play out, the same way all the other FSBO companies play out, some sales, nothing major.
The bottom line is sellers feel they will get a better bottom line using an agent. This is why FSBO has always been such a small percentage of the market.
For Forbes to claim they will be as disruptive as Uber is irresponsible and not well researched.

Posted at 08:16h, 03 JulyHi Drew, Would love to do a demo of ListingDoor for you. Shoot us an email at [email protected].
FYI- we are not here to get rid of agents, homeowners know what is best for their situation and we give them a choice so they can decide.
Happy 4th!
Saw you are a fan of KIVA-we are too!

Posted at 18:53h, 03 JulyHow does this service replace realtors? I can see that it gets a website and brochures ready for the seller. Is that all realtors do? Can some experienced realtors care to comment?
