Real Estate App Idea to Ponder: Zillow Advice, Inside a Native App
A drop dead simple way to ask real estate questions, and get responses from real estate experts.
In an app.
On Zillow’s iOS app — there is no way to ask questions in Zillow Advice.
Maybe they should just package that experience into a separate app. Since Zillow Advice is a prospecting tool for agents — that enabling them to answer questions while in line at the grocery store would be a win-win.
Would a Real Estate Q&A app work on it’s own? Or is it not a frequent enough use case to gain traction?

Posted at 12:10h, 10 SeptemberI agree with this in principle and think even better a “Text an agent now for an immediate response” function would be effective. Kids of like the chat now function which seems to make people feel on the spot when texting doesn’t.
Stand alone appp may be tough but this should be worked into an agents mobile interface.

Posted at 07:47h, 11 SeptemberAgreed. It needs to be integrated within the search app. Questions come up while the user is searching through listings.

Posted at 12:34h, 11 SeptemberIt seems like it would be better suited as part of an agent app. Maybe consumers use their desktop to ask questions but agents are often out and about. They could answer on the fly. Just a thought.
