Vendor Review – Sierra Interactive
In my previous post I mentioned I had found a new website/IDX vendor and promised to tell you who it was in an upcoming review post. Well, that time has finally come. The vendor I chose for our Intown Atlanta real estate website is Sierra Interactive and below is a video overview.
I’m sure I didn’t cover everything in the video, so feel free to ask questions in the comments. I’ll answer what I can, but if you want to get specifics straight from the horse’s mouth, contact Sierra Interactive via their website.

Mike McGee
Posted at 17:02h, 27 DecemberNo, not at all. Everything is 301-redirected. Traffic has not really recovered much from the decline I experienced on my old site, but with the same level of traffic the Sierra Interactive site is converting much better than my WordPress/Diverse Solutions site.

Posted at 17:15h, 27 DecemberThat’s good. Can you share budget/costs for the project at all?
Mike McGee
Posted at 18:56h, 27 DecemberSure. When I started with them the cost was $6k startup, then $199/month. I spent a little more because I had them build some custom maps and some other custom work. I thought the custom work pricing was very reasonable.
They now have a new package that includes the website, Seller Lead Landing site and Single Property Site for $1,495 to set up and a monthly fee of $499.95 per month (which covers up to 25 agents/users).
