Posted at 08:40h, 12 JuneAt least we all agree it’s a pocket listing strategy to sell pre-MLS or off-MLS, and all of this “pre-marketing” talk is hot air. It’s a great move for traffic. It’s a great move for an innovator/disruptor/etc.
It’s a step backward for a company that wants to better the industry for consumers. Pocket listings are a limited exposure model, so it’s ironic that Zillow is the company pushing them now.
